  1. PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 10 de diciembre de 2014, proferido por el Juzgado
  2. Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, dentro del expediente ICC-2173.
  3. SEGUNDO. REMITIR al Juzgado
  4. Tercero. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla el expediente ICC-2173, para que, de manera inmediata, tramite y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar, dentro de la acción de tutela formulada por Cristian de Jesús Díaz Clavijo contra la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.
  5. TERCERO. ORDENAR que, por Secretaría General, se comunique la decisión adoptada en esta providencia a las partes y al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala Tercera de Decisión Laboral.
  6. CUARTO. CONMINAR a la Oficina Judicial de Reparto de la ciudad de Barranquilla que, en lo sucesivo, cumpla las reglas de competencia que en materia de tutela consagra el Decreto 1382 de 2000.
